How do I become a member?

Register on MemberPlanet.com to get a one-year membership.

How much is membership?

As of November 1st, 2023 membership costs $24 annually (from the day you sign up).

Can I buy a membership as a gift for someone?

The best way to do this is to sign them up via MemberPlanet and use their email during the sign in process. Then they will get the information right away but you’ll have paid for their membership.

I am a member, how do I login to my MemberPlanet account?

Go to www.memberplanet.com/login.aspx and enter your login information

How do I find my member number/ID?

  • Go to the Members-only Webpage and click Member Login on the top right.

  • Login with your membership information (the same that you use for the USAJPA MemberPlanet Portal).

  • Scroll down to the Profile section (on the Dashboard) and click USAJPA Membership #.

  • It is the 8-digit number located next to Member ID on your membership card.

  • Alternatively, it can be found on the USAJPA MemberPlanet Portal under My Profile>Member card>click the gear/setting icon to the right of the Status column>click View card.

Where do I log in to MemberPlanet when signing up for an event?

The top right of the RSVP page will have a login button. Login before registering for the event.

How do I edit my profile in MemberPlanet?

Login and click on Update my profile.

Go to each tab to fill in the information that you want to share.

How to change my privacy settings in MemberPlanet?

Go to Privacy Settings on the left.

Click on the setting that you want for your profile.

Where is the Members-only webpage?

Head to https://usajigsaw.memberplanet.com/ and click Login on the top right of the page. Once you enter your login info you’ll have access to the Dashboard which contains general membership info, and to the Member Central which contains member perks like links to exclusive events, discounts, newsletters, and more.

Does my member number stay the same if my membership lapses?

Yes, if your membership expires, and you renew it later, you get to keep the same member number.

I’m having issues logging into MemberPlanet. What can I do?

Try using lowercase letters for your email address. Also, try a different browser or a computer if you are on your phone. Or wait a day or so and try again. None of it is very scientific but it seems to work.
